[Resolved] Vidyalaxmi Portal — Loan Application in vidyalaxmi portal

Previously i had applied for education loan in jansamarth but it was rejected so i want to apply through vidyalaxmi Portal but it is saying that already registered with jan samarth when i contacted with helpdesk of vidyalaxmi Portal they told to get a confirmation email from jan samarth and forward the same to vidyalaxmi Portal i did the same but now vidyalaxmi portal is saying that my application is showing not rejected in jan samarth whereas jansamarth is saying its rejected and i can apply in vidyalaxmi the vidyalaxmi portal helpdesk is not doing anything. As i have to apply for loan immediately
