Hello there! I had been trying to apply for an undergraduate course in the UK since November 2021. They failed to submit the documents to the university. I finished my 12th Standard in 2022 and secured 94% overall. Mrs. Reshma did follow-up. But she was so careless and failed to submit the documents and cheated us asking for the useless certificates from my side. She didn't even try to accept her mistake and carelessness. She did not care about my life and did not call me back. My family and I were in depression for months and I will never be convinced for the year I lost because of her and VIEC. She failed to give me the updates. She failed to be trustworthy. She failed to register my email address properly (provided with proof). She was so careless and she wasted one year of my young age.
