I have booked KIA CARENS at Vihaan kia Kukatpally on 12 Dec 2023. booking No : B[protected] in name of MOHAMMED HESHAM UDDIN with amount of 25000/- but they have failed to deliver car because of there dealer ship issues, bad service and delay delivery i have cancelled my booking. it is almost 3 months since i cancelled they have not refunded my amount i am calling them regularly they are not answering. could you please help me in recovering my 25000/- amount from them.
