[Resolved]  Vijay Hotwani — replacement of handset

I Vijay hotwani ADVOCATE by Profession from Ulhasnagar i had bought nokia asha 300 way back in month of october 2012 through flipkart Order ID: OD[protected] Date: 26 September, 2012 8:46 PM and its delivered to me on 4th Oct 2012 since then phone was OK function properly then i got face problem in month of march 2013 with touch pad of phone, I then approach service center they took my phone for day made it functional and get return, after few months in month of september 2013 again touch pad fails i again deposited my phone to service center in ulhasnagar near nehru chowk they kept my phone for nearly 3 weeks to replace touch pad but so many times i approach service center to return back my phone and they assure it was under repair process and finally they given back with worst condition with scratches on body and again touch pad fails, this is thrice in 8 months problem is now touch is not working properly still problem persist, i m suffering since 2month. Kindly look into this matter to get my phone replace bcoz it has manufacturing fault. Thanks
