I have booked for refill online on 21st Mar 2015 booking number 324169 and the status online is showing as delivered with cash MeMO 174814 on 27 Mar 2015 but till now refill has not reached to me.
I have called the agency 100 times but no one is picking the call, unfortunately I have booked again online today 06 April 2015 for refill.
I am wondered that what happened to booked cylinder which is delivered but not reached the customer and the system says delivered is getting blackmailed by the agency. Could you please take action on this request as the cylinder was subsidize to me.
I hope for the best not to happen these type of incidents with anyone, if I see next time I will pull this to consumer court. Was this information helpful? |
