I had made an online payment of rs.649, for purchase of 10 pieces of honeywell n95 masks through you, from the business firm of vijayaraghunath navalarnam on 6th april 2020, as advertised in fb. The transcation id being[protected]. But as per norms i have failed to get an acknowledgement of my payment from the firm nor any message reagrding the due date for shipment / receipt of my ordered and paid-for masks. I have not been able to trace that business firm, henceforthh.in this health disaster going on inthe country, i would request you to kindly supply me with the contact details of the firm, so that i can know the details of the shipment of my ordered and paid-for masks.
