Everytime I go to this outlet, the behaviour of the staff is worst. They treat their customers as beggars. They yell at their customers and the staff ha anger issues and they keep fighting and shouting with each other and do not care at the billing counter. They never have change and tells the customer to give the change and if we don't have the change they forcefully make us buy their goods. Suppose the bill is 58 and they won't have change then they will directly charge Rs 60 and if the bill is 62 and we don't have Rs 2 change then they won't let us purchase the good and refuse to bill the items. This is not acceptable! This happened not only once or twice but a dozen of times. I want the supervisors to take serious action against it. Thank You Was this information helpful? |
