The service at vikas distributors was very poor. I had gone to collect some documentation in relation to my gas connection. The issue was that i had lost my payment receipt. My inquires were met with disdain. The staff acts all high and mighty. They asked me to submit a letter for the same after an argument. When i asked for a piece of paper, they flatly refused. Also while i was waiting the staff got into arguments with 3 other customers. Very poor service indeed Was this information helpful? |
