Honorable Sir/ Ma'am,
I enrolled for B.Ed. in Acharya Rajendra Suri Shiksha Mahavidhyalaya, Mandsaur (M.P.) under Vikram University, Ujjain (M.P.). I have completed my post graduation from Rajmata vijayaraje Scindia krishi vishwavidyalaya (R.V.S.V.V.), Gwalior (M.P.).my last degree completed from same state university where I am appearing for B.Ed. while applying for enrollment through mponline i was also asked to apply for eligibility certificate. Where I had paid rs 4040 only for eligibility. Then found that other students from same criteria background not asked for same. I approached mponline helpdesk twice for resolving or refunding and I also tried to contact university through the contact numbers given on website but none of these approachable. Mponline helpdesk asked me to contact department but not specified which department as well as no contact was reachable .
"I want to know why rs 4040 charged only on me" If it has to be charged then what is reason for this, why it is charged to students.
" I also want to get helped either by resolving or refunding from university"
This would be very kind of you could help me out of this.

Its been more than five month since the completion of exams, but still there is no result update for M.Sc. final 4 sem Biotechnology and Chemistry. Students are unable to apply for jobs that requires a masters degree and are also facing problems in admissions to other degree courses due this inconvenience caused by delayed result.
Please understand the student's dilemma and declare the results as soon as possible.

My plans changed - can I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order up to 30 minutes before showtime from the Atom App or website. Drive-in movies, private parties and other special events/screenings may have different cancellation policies. Make sure to check the applicable policies to your showing before buying tickets.

When cancelling you have the option of selecting Atom Cash or Refund to original payment method. If you cancel an order and choose Atom Cash, the full dollar amount of the order, including any order fees, will be deposited and stored in your Atom Cash account. If you choose a refund, the order fees will not be included in the refund amount. Charges to your credit or debit card will be returned within 3-5 business days after cancellation, or 7-10 business days for third party payment methods including Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Venmo.

Showtime already started? Unfortunately, due to theater policy, there are no cancellations or refunds after showtime. Please contact a theater manager directly with any questions or concerns. If you're still not satisfied after contacting the theater you may contact Atom Customer Support at [protected]@atomtickets.com.

If you redeemed a promo code or discount and then canceled the order, you’ll be able to reuse the code or discount if it is still valid. If you are not able to reuse the valid code or discount contact Atom Customer Support.

How to Cancel an Order

In the app:

Tap on the "My Profile" tab at the bottom right
Under "My Tickets & Invites" tap on the ticket (if you have more than one ticket, click "View All" to see more)
Tap “Cancel Order”
Tap either "Atom Cash" or "Refund"
From the website:

Log in and click the arrow for the dropdown menu at the top right, next to your name (mobile web users just tap "My Profile")
Click “My Tickets and Invites”
Select the movie, then “View Ticket”
Under Info click “View Your Order Details”
Scroll to the bottom to find the “Cancel Order” button
Click either "Atom Cash" or "Refund"

I am a student of B.Ed second sem, from BCG college Which comes under Vikram University.
The student is asked for axtra money of the exam form and on submitting the scholarship form and exam form to the college, he is asked for ₹ 500 to 2000 axtra without any receipt . Is it fair to take extra amount from college student? If the amount is not given, then the student is scared that we will not be responsible for this, if the work of the form stops, then you will be responsible.

I am BA final year student from Government girls college Ratlam.
I want to change my medium from hindi to English. I have submitted english medium only and in my marksheet medium is shown as Hindi.
I don’t want it to get reflected in my Degree so please change my medium to english.
I have given all three years examination in English language only.

Sir my name is Aditya kankriya I am from ratlam arihant college my exam form approve nhi hua h becoz I have given ca foundation exam and my exam and my result came on February so I am not able to fill exam form so plz approve my exam form Aditya kankriya arihant college ratlam bcom 2year plain

There are no guideline for correction in the marksheets on the official website of Vikram University.
And neither any type of option nor link is given. Due to this reason student have to visit the university many times. Thereby wasted both their money and time.

Sir i dont agey to university exam timetable llb 5th sem 2022 sir dont gap to any paper minimum 2days and timing so early morning 8:00AM and mostly the viral infection to My city currantly so kindly please change the time table

I have applied for migration certificate at 16 Dec 2021 with required details and documents but I didn't get migration till 7 January 2022.
Please solve this issue as soon as you can Because another college ask me migration certificate as soon as possible and I have already passed their 2 deadline so please help me.

Sir I am student of B.Ed first year from Royal institute of management and technology Ratlam (m.p) At 1/1/2022 I got call from College to fill eligibility form For Vikram University with fee of Rs 4040 /- although I have completed my graduation and master's from DAVV indore (m.p) and I am aware of not paying that much amount for eligibility as I haven't change my State but only my University changed but one of their faculty told me to pay that amount when I cross checked with them so I filled form from mp online with amount of 4040/-and then at 3/1/2022 they corrected their list and remove eligibility mark from my name and told me to fiill only enrollment form, and when I ask them for refund they told me to contact Vikram University and when i contacted atphone no.[protected] nobody responded and there is no response regarding refund on their [protected]@gmail.com too, so I want refund of rs 4040/- back
