Vikram University — wrongful checking of answer sheets

My result of llb 2nd semester came on 17th december... Though i passed with 60% but i had doubt on my marks of constitutional law which were 42 and i expected more and was confident enough for what i wrote in exam, so i filed an application for anwersheet review. I went to look my copy at 23rd december. Where i found that all my answers were supposed to get good marks but the copy checker gave avg marks and also there was totalling mistake too... Are these copy checkers playing with students' future. We had paid fees for course and even exam and now for these wrongful checking we have to pay 300 for rechecking is this a way of loot. Are non competent teachers given ourcopies to check who don't have knowledge about the subject and even don't know how to total the marks. So week in maths. Along with me other students who went there for review also found mistakes in there answer sheet checking. Now i doubt that i may have got more marks in all the subjects. But i will have to pay 1500 rupees for my all the copies to be revalued. Till now i have paid 300 for review and 300 for revalue of constitutional law subject. Who shall be held responsible for this act?
Pls do resolve our problems as soon as possible.
