Vikrant Minotra — Degree Not Issued

I have cleared my B.tech in the year 2011 but yet not degree is not issued to me .Number of times I had words with my college and university but no one is helping me . Even my college demanded me to submit Rs. 300 for degree allocation i have already submitted the funds but they are saying university needs some more time to get your degree printed . I don't know that really have i committed a mistake by taking admission in such college and university . Top of that till date i.e 08.05.2015 my college and also the university both are not in a condition to give me approximate date that when will be that big day that they will issue me my B.tech Degree.
