Vikruti Fintech is a Fraud company, they just get the work done and very complex work i would say on Customer Utility Billing system and at the time of Payment / QC comes up with most stupid / Illogical interpretation of QC parameters. The objective is not to pay the center and point out very silly / small mistake's to ensure QC always show ZERO/Very Low % of Accuracy achieved by Center. Most illogical calculation they do ( which they never explain during contract negotiations) and fool their client of calculation logic. For e.g. They say 1% of error will be counted for any address issues. Now any logical person will understand it as 1% of total forms/ workload provided to center (i.e. say 10, 000 or 20, 000 forms etc) . But after submission of work after 15 days, they come up with stupid/illogical argument that 1% means, if you even a single mistake in your address field, it will be counted as 1% error of total workload (of 10, 000 forms) . Mind it.. Minimum accuracy required is 75% . Now according to Vikruti Fintech it means that even if you have 25 address field in error out of 10, 000 forms (each having 32 fields), your accuracy is counted as 75%. This is real fraud as it does not depend on Number of Forms to be done by Center. Even if you do either 100 forms or 1 lac forms, if you have 25 forms have address field issue, you WILL NOT be paid anything. Remeber for 10000 forms, each forms having 32 fields, who have total 320000 fields entered by Manul data entry operators.So, if only 25 or more fields out of 320000 have errors, you won't be paid any money. This is real fraud, never explained during contract terms & conditions and any logical person in world can never think of such a rule ...This is just means of getting work done by center and than CASH the work done by center, themselves and CANCEL the contract with center who lose not only the deposit amount, amount lost in terms of employees salaries, infrastructure costs etc ... We lost a total of 10 lacs... Call center stop taking your calls/answer your emails and keep directing to contract ... DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS with this FRAUD company. This is NOT AT ALL FAIR Business Practice ...they just fool genuine customers and make money on the hard work done by center ...
