Vikruti Fintech — Irrelevant calculation fraud ( data entry )

We had an agreement with Viruti Fintech Private Limited. ( Kolkata ) in the month of Jan 2015. We initially paid 50, 000 INR and started the work. As we were promised we will be given a proper training we never received that, we urged Team Vikruti to send a trainer at my cost and they never did.Anyhow we completed the work by the given TAT and submitted the same, We kept waiting for 17 days and they came up with negative results . We thought we might have made mistakes we agreed to pay the same amount and continued with the work again . They are total fraud we submitted the entries as promised and they came up with silly errors. They are themselves confused as initially they trained on some other rules and all of the sudden they changed the rules to be followed . We followed the updated rules. In a given form we have to fill in 32 entries .We did fill 21000 forms that makes it 21000*32 =672000 entries . Out of which only 85 entries were mistyped . So if we calculate error % = 85/672000 makes less than 1 %. But we were penalised for 85 % with no payout. I would like to bring to your attention the Owners of Vikruti Bandi Das and Vishwanathan are scammers and they do not pick your calls when you ask them for the reason. All the way they called me from Delhi to Kolkata and they only met me for 10 mins ( That was the training scheduled ). They only look for the new start up centers to generate the money by hook or by crook . looking at the centre financial condition they may even reduce the cost of the program. I spent day in and day out in office to get those entries completed which they ask to do in 13 working days who even cannot write their name 20000 times without making error on a piece of paper . Error which we made were Center Name which had one space in between . Center Code : which mistakenly ended with extra period (.) How they fool people by calculating error % is insane going against the standard procedure .
