Hai my name is reji mol mathew, i applied for qmas visa through this agency in 2017 and paid amount in 28 july and 22 august, 2017. Till then they contacted me now no response for mails and call. I asked the amount back they didn't give that. Before paying the cash they told process will take out 3_4months. Now it's more than an year. Still there is no response.
