Dear Sir/ Madam,
Greetings!
This is Saravanan Lalbagathur- Sr.Software Engineer at Tier I MNC S/o N.Lalbagathur/Andal(CDAO-Cheyyar Co.Op. Sugar Mill) and we are residing at Vandavasi, Tiruvannamalai Dist 604408. Basically we are from(Native town ) Kottur Village, Edayarpakkam, Kanchipuram district -631553. Due to my father’s occupation, we have migrated to vandavasi from kottur long back. And my parent’s siblings residing in the same village for long time. Few of the Siblings details disclosed below for reference.
Unfortunately, we missed caste certificate of my mom Andal Lalbagathur D/o Kamala &G Nagappan (Ex. Village Panchayat President of Kottur village). As well as it has updated wrongly in government database. Hence, we have applied Community Certificate via E-Sevai Mayam at Vandavasi on 6th Feb 2021 and it got processed further. VAO from vandavasi requested a document as like basic reference letter from her native VAO. Hence, My father requested a letter in person like she (Andal Lalbagathur) is belongs to this village and belongs to this community on 27th Feb 2021. And the VAO representative (Lalitha) asked to provide any reference doc. So we gave my community certificate(Saravanan Lalbagathur) which is belongs to Andal son and even though she has some property along with patta over kootur village which is provided her mother Kamala Nagappan. Since she illiterate we are unable to provide any other certificates like edu., etc. My father(Lalbagathur Natesan) reached out over a call on 01st March 2021, she refused to provide a basic letter and does not providing proper response on this request.
Since it is very important certificate, we were unable to claim anything under her name from the Government end.
Hopefully, I would like to bring into higher officials’ notice /knowledge to proceed further on this request. We are helpless to proceed further.
Kindly help us to get the certificate ASAP.
