The person who are mention on this website regarding their good and bad reviews their complaints are that they say that you all people yourself generate complaints and bad reviews about the companies and for removing that complaints and reviews you charge them for so my request is to you to provide options and and allow users to submitt complaint with the proof either it is audio video image text or any other kind of proof. So it will be beneficial for you also as well as for the end user and the company for whome are complaining. It will help much to the end user.
