Villivakkam Zonal office civil supply (Ration Card) — Delay in issuing Name deletion and New Ration Card for past 1 month

ear Sir, This is william from No.159/60 Bharatthi Nagar 2nd St.Villiavakkam Chennai-49..Me and my wife applied for name deletion and also for new ration card. Since we are newly married and living separately in above mentioned address for last 1 Year. Last month on 26th June we are applied for name deletion certificate and submitted required documents along with original ration card of two familiesin Villivakkam zonal office. and officials asked us to come on July 9th to get name deletion certificate but on till this day they did n"t finish even inquiry. So again and again they requesting us to come every week but its quite difficult to us take leave in office every week. so kindly issue help us to get name deletion and ration card as soon as possible.
