Vin Jewellery — Fraud by VGN Jewellers against my fixed deposit Rs. 3,5000/-

Dear Madam / Sir,

I am Sudam Mohan Sonawane, resident of Byculla, Address : Room no.3/57 B.I.T Chawl, Love Lane, Mumbai-400010, I am writing this letter to you regarding the non payment Rs.3, 5000/- from VGN Jewellers.
We have deposited the amounts for one year period with VGN Jewellers under 2 schemes .

Please refer the case details :
Fixed deposit date from on 22/08/2019 to 2/10/2021 for amount 160000/- as off now maturity amount is Rs.210000/- in the name of Sheetal M.Sonawane.

Fixed deposit date from on 15/12/2019 to 2/10/2021 for amount is 1050000/- as off now maturity amount is Rs.140000/- in the name of Sudam M.Sonawane.

On maturity of the above said deposits and after continues follow-up's from our side VGN jewellers had given us the cheque against one of the deposit and asked us to deposit in the bank after 3 months and when we tried to deposit the same after 3 month, they again informed us not to deposit the cheque as there is insufficient balance in the account and for the last 8 months we have been told that they will definitely going to settled the amount by end of the month and every month they fail to do so.
