Dear sir,
Thank you so much for giving me time to meet you and discuss the issue over the table.
However during our meeting as i explained you that i am in the heavy financial loss due to delay in the possession.
During our communication i insisted you to credit the interest on money paid to you for the delayed period. I still insist on the same & request you to confirm the same ok.
My request is genuine, as all your demand letter sent to me shows that in case if i fail to pay timely i have to pay interest @ 24%,
During our meeting you stated that i too have delayed the payment, please be noted that was based on the agreed payment schedule. Secondly i had booked the flat at plinth level and constructions work was going very slow compare to your promise.
So request you to re-consider your decision & confirm to credit the interest or i am helpless to extent the matter to consumer court.
