Vinayak Packers And Movers Jaipur — Fraud and dishonesty in delivering luggage

Vinayak Packers and Movers has agreed to deliver my luggage in 3000/- rs. He didn't clearly mentioned any charges in the beginning. He picked up all luggage from my home and doing so he sent me invoice of 13000 rs. I was surprised to see and shocked when I looked at invoice. I asked him to return my luggage bcoz if I would have known that it will cost me 13000 I had never ever sent my luggage through him. He neither return my luggage and pressurized me to sent luggage through him only and asked for payment. He told me that luggage has arrived at your location you transfer money and I'll deliver your luggage today only. after negotiation he agreed on 11000 and I paid him same. But even after payment of 11000 rs. He is again asking me to pay 5000 rs additionaly and has not delivered my goods yet neither is he sharing tracking Id. In this way he has harrassment and tortured me and ruined my mental peace. Pls don't avail his service. He is a complete lier fraud and dishonest person who traps customers in luring to deliver goods and cheap prices and once after picking up goods uses all dishonest means to squeeze money from the packed having no assurance whether goods will be delivered or not.
