[Resolved] Vinayak Yamaha — defective bike | |||||
Dear Yamaha Team, I have purchased my bike from Vinayak Yamaha, Domlur branch 2 months ago. On 22nd Aug, 2018, I had given my bike on 2nd service. Afetr this 2nd Service, I went for an outstation trip on 1st Sep. My bike broke down in mid of the road, hardly travelling 70km outside Bangalore outskirts. My ebgine went dead, unable to start the bike. I had to strand on highway road, and wait for 4-5 hrs in order to towing company to come and pick my bike, for which I was charged 7000/-. I reached with my broken bike to "Vinayak Yamaha". Their diagnosis is that the engine sensors are not working, hence the bike broke down. They are not accepting any poor quality service which they rendered on my bike, neither they are not ready to compensate me the towing expenses which I had to bear, after undergoing lot of troubles in rainy season, and taking the bike to their service center in Domlur. After their mechanic took my bike, & repaired it, my bike is not properly functioning. It makes a lots of noises and is not running as smoothly as it was before. This is my patience test. If Vinayak Yamaha is ready to compensate my expense charges, I will accept it. I am attaching hereby the receipt. I feel cheated by Vinayak Yamaha services, either iniate the compensation or please exchange my bike with a new and non- defective model.
