Sir, This is with reference to my application for convocation dated 3rd June for the below mentioned program. I have send the required DD with application form and yet to receive my certificate. I tried checking the status over phone dialling hundreds of time at :[protected], but no response, without even listening they just connecting to extension and no one lifts that call and when they list the response is that they sent to Study centre which is wrong. Can you kindly how to proceed this at the earliest, at it is close to one year now?
