I has been facing this issue with the indian oil petrol bunk, vinayaka petro fills-iocl, sagar road, karmanghat, the staff is intentionally delaying the card payments and are forcing the customer to wait if its not a cash transaction and when I question it, they are yelling at e saying that they are not working under me. When I asked them to call their manager, a mob of all the staff came there saying that, if its a card payment then one has to wait. The approach they followed is not professional and they have dragged the conversation to an argument and non of the staff has respect for the customers and they are simply wasting my 10 minutes of time just because I opt for the card payment which is against their wish of cash payment. One of those guys, who has annoyed me earlier for the same reason was yelling with his co workers saying that im a problematic customer. What is this non sense.
If the indian oil has took any action for my earlier complaint about the same out let, for the rude behavior of the staff, this would not have been repeated.
Im wondering why you guys are so reluctant on these things?
Seriously the staff working over there are un aware of the professional way of speaking with customers and ioc is irresponsible in this case being this is my second such complaint on the same outlet Was this information helpful? |
