I am nizara gogoi from assam. I have completed my m. Phil in library and information science on 2009. I have applied for original certificate on 9th of november 2018 with tatkal demand draft of rss. 3000/-. The draft no is296314 date 9/11/2018. But till today i could not receive my original certificate. Sir please verify it and kindly send me the certificate. It is very urgent for me.
