Vinayaka University — BSc third year certificate

Hello, I have completed BSc Physics in distance. The office in Bangalore closed and I didn't receive my third year certificate yet. I live in France now and I have an urgent need of my marksheet. I am trying to call, sending emails since long time but no reply. I would appreciate some help to get my marksheet as job is at risk.
