Vinayaka University — not received provisional degree for university

I have completed my bcom from vinayaka missions university directorate of distance education in 2014, and my institute was gms institute in faridabad sec 17. I have called my institute and university several times but they always ignore by say ingthat we will get back to you... And again and again they are saying same thing from last four years.. My whole career is at risk.
