i have given complaint for machine not working on 1st NOV 2014 and complaint id is 11886462 the technician came on 4th Nov 2014 said board problem will replace on 6th Nov and when i called 6th Nov they said it will be done on 7th NOV again i called on 8th Nov they said evening they will come and do it when i called today ie, on 10th Nov they said without technician visiting home call was closed and given new id 11909486.
Whether we are fools by paying 30000 buying washing machine when it is in warranty this is the response whether looking for money to replace the board or whats the exact problem in IFB care????????????? Was this information helpful? |
