sir, This is on the behalf of re-issuing of the birth certificate.I been to rohini sector-5 branch regarding the issue but they denied by saying that they don't have any records of 1990 and 1991.I wanted the information in written but the branch also denied to do so. They recommended to go to najafgarh office but there too i did not get any information. I am really facing several difficulties because of this issue and by the mcd guidance. I have to apply for the abroad studies but just because of this issue I am stuck in my work. Please find a way out.
