My ICICI account have been charged with Rs.15638.16 on 29th Nov 2021 with 3 back to back transactions without my authorisation and I didnot receive any otp for these transactions. I have not subscribed any such services and I want my money refunded. Bank didnot send me any otp for these transactions and I want immediate attention to this case.
