Dear sir,
I was a traveller of indigo airlines delhi to ahmadabad flight no.6e 6373 under pnr no. Ckjq9b
Due to some medical emergency i was off-boarded the bus that carried the passengers to aircraft.
Later once the bus moved, i was not attended for medical emergency. The bus staff simply left me to plead for at-least 10 minutes for the basic need of wheel chair. I was then taken by one of the staff lady to the arrival airport, where i was given some water by the female (Bottle brought from her fellow colleagues)
My simple query behind the description is for many questions giving an unsecured feeling and looking for concrete answers.
1. Are there any protocols followed in such incidents/medical emergencies?
2. Why was i not treated for the medical emergency that took place in the bus. Is it not the duty of the staff to inform the airport medical team to take care of any such emergencies?
3. Why was the happening not shared by the booking /customer care team to investigate? As called later your customer care, was answered that they are not knowing any happening for my pnr/ticket detail.
4. Is there a casualty category defined to get help for any medical emergency?
5. Is your team trained to take care of any such emergencies?
6. Is the availability of stretcher and wheel chair so short that the patient has to wait for 15 minutes at-least for getting any help?
7. Why was my ticket showing - no show, even after being punched and scanned at multiple stages till the level when i reached the bus?
8. What could be the step taken for any passenger who cannot board the flight due to such emergencies, when he is ready to board, but, due to any such emergency cannot travel on that flight/date?
I request my ticket booked on make my trip to be refunded. As it was a round trip the complete ticket booked under id nf[protected] and nf[protected] for vini nigam del - amd & and - del, to be adjusted for any of my next bookings.
Kindly address the queries as it could have happened to any o[censored]s and could have been bigger than a mole, as left today unattended.
Looking for justification.
With regards
Vini nigam
