Very bad experience... I took car accidental service on vipul motors and also did insurance from them.in insurance policy i must have claim for my car towing service but still after 2 months they are not giving me that money.. And through out all this servicing and claiming process they are so unprofessional. Never told me that how much claim i approved for.. Always said. When ur bill will be maid we will tell you. And from last two months i am calling to bodyshop of vipul motors mr. Rohitash.. On his mobile (Because.. They dont pick landline.). He always says i am not in office.. And will call u later.. But he never does.. Totally fed up.. I am a old customer of vipul i bought car from them insurance from them.. But so bad service i am facing this time. Name vikram singh
