[Resolved]  Vipul Motors Noida — Work not done, but excess amount charged

Myself Dasharathi ranasingh handed over my celerio Car at Vipul motors bodyshop noida on 24.09.2023 and got my car back on 08.10.2023 without proper work. The insurance part has been done. However, other works which I told them to be done for which I will pay, that didn't done. As discussed with Sachin ji, Left side back door, LT back panel, Right Side back door and RT back panel need to ba painted for which I will pay Rs. 9000.00 as whole plus filing charge. So the total amount is approx 10100.00. They have handed over my car for servicing with service Section in evening on 07.10.2023. I went to Collect my car on 08.102023, where I found bill of Rs. 11786.00 and my cars Right side back door didn't get painted. I told them to deduct the amount. They told my once bill generated, it can't be cancelled. They told me u leave the vehicle and work will be done. I told them u have already taken 15 days to do the work and for the remaining work, how many days u will take. I didn't get proper deadline. I Paid the bill amount of body part and servicing part and got the car.

This is the harassment as well as stealing of money from the customers.

You are requested to refund of Rs. 4000.00 from bodyshop work.

Calculation is as follow:

1100 filing charge + 2500 Left side back door+2000 Lt side back panel+2000 Rt side back panel=7600.00

However they have charged 11786.00, which I have paid.

Kindly resolve the issue asap.
