I have placed an order for ARC Handy portable AC in Viraldeal. I have received a defective product. I'm trying to return this product from more than a ween but could not able to create a return request. As I have tried multiple time to reach to customer care. But due to poor customer care service I could not reach to them. Dropped multiple mails but getting no reply. Now I want to return this product.
