I was supplied star shower laser light shipped by impulse e-commerce mubarikpur mohali on 1st jan2020 on cash payment of 1400. When i opened the outer cover i was astonished to see that the box containing light was in a very mutilated condition and innumerable cello tapes were used to close it. Not only that a part of light (Nut bolt) was lying outside the box in the outer cover. The light was not working and it was broken from inside. I immediately contacted the company at phone number given on cover [protected] and told them about the condition of light. I was told to send email regarding this to support @viraldeals.in which i did immediately along with photos. I received email on 3rd jan and i was told to send photo of outer cover and i sent photo of outer cover also on 3rd jan. I did not get any reply after that. I again contacted on phone on 6th jan and i was told to wait for reply and assured that defective light will be replaced. I did not get any reply so i contacted again on 7th jan and i was again told to wait for reply. When i asked as to why i have not been given reply so far and when the light will be replaced, the lady on phone said that email has been sent. When i read the email i was astonished to read the reply that they don’t have policy of return pick up and they did not assure me regarding replacement. When i had ordered for light it was clearly written hassle free return. I am not asking for return either, i am asking for replacement of defective light.
I request you to please ensure that i get justice and my defective light is replaced.
