I placed an order of Posture corrector from https://viraldeals.in/ on 1st of April which was delivered on 6th April. The size of the belt is too big for me and it is not comfortable at all. The belt wasn't not fitting me at all even after I tie at the end. Also the material is not up to the mark for the price I paid and is not providing what it is claiming like support to the back, neck or spine. Therefore, I requested to return the product and asked for refund on 6th April itself.
I even mailed the company several times, still I didn't get any response from them till now. I also contacted on their customer care number and all the time they are cutting my call and not attending it. Below are the required details.
