Dear sir madam, With reference to above said loan account no i want to know the the exact date of deposit the funds into my loan account, which is being promised april -2018 onward so many times by saying it will take two - month, All the times customer care executives or operation officials at branch made commitments, which is wrong, In august it was said by pnb housing loan officials that amount will deposit by 30/11/2018, today over the call customer care executive puja has committed by end of december (She didn't punched the call) though she promised that info will come thru mail which was not done, it was confirmed by another customer care executive mr. With Ref. to my loan account no HOU/CHD/0216/264925 with your Chandigarh branch I Virender Kumar want to know the PMAY status as it was shown Processing in the month of May but regretfully want to say that neither the amount is not credited in the loan amount nor any mail being regarding this is not received till now, though While filling the form regarding PMAY in the month of November it was said that it may only three to four months only. last week I again visited to your branch and again it was promised that with one or two days positively fare response will be given to me thru mail.
Kind answer favoring deposit of PMAY sanctioned/ deposited amount into my above said loan account is still awaited.
