Virendra Office System — not giving proper service and deliverables

I have purchase few table and chairs of worth 20000 on 14th of aug 2019 with proper gst biiling as promissed by shpkeeper one mr. Old sardarji.
We respect and trust his word because of his age.

Till date he has not given a gst bill to me. Every time when i call him he says today my accountant or is on leave, some time ca is not available, or busy, bla... Bla... Many excuses.

There is need to raise our issues against this shop and shop keeper to protect future purchaser to be at least careful.

If you have to purchase any item in case do settle on-spot everything and take delivery of your good then and there only is my advise. Do not keep anything pending for next day or next hours, or els you will be sufferer among like us and have to pay for it.
