I agree with Mr. Arora and these are simply false rumors about Viridian Red's Mr. Ashish Bhalla. For some time I also got confused but after my research I came to this conclusion that he is not guilty.

Thanks a lot for your reviews guys!!! I have also invested in Viridian Red's project WTC Noida and got really worried after hearing about Mr. Ashish Bhalla's case. But now even I've realised that it's just a marketing gimmick nothing more than that. It a trap by competitors .
I don't think Mr. Ashish Bhalla has to do anything with this. These are just rumors. Main culprits are AN Buildwell's Sunil Ghandhi and SK Huda. They have used innocent buyers' money for their personal projects.
SK Hooda and Sunil Gandhi are the real culprits. Vridian Red has good name in the market. Their WTC Chandigarh is such a fine project and is about to complete soon.
Even I know few investors who have invested in Vridian Red's project and facing no challenges at all. WTC Noida and Chandigarh are their hero projects and are really doing good.
I really feel sad for those who are still fighting for their dream home in SK Hooda's scam. In today's world where real estate is full of fraud builders and developers there are few builders who have delivered the properties on time as well like Viridian Red. They have completed their WTC Noida project on time and now WTC Chandigarh is in its final phase.
