Order not delivered

I have ordered and payed for a wooden laptop table on 11-nov-21. But still the status is in process, not given a delivery date. Mailed to customer service too, but no reply. I feel it's a fake website please don't go for it, and don't waste your money....

The tracking option is showing "is currently Processing". I mailed to their customer care and I didn't get any response. I either need the product to be delivered or I want my money back....
