This incident was 6 months back i had approached them for my visa.
But the actual thing was the mara agent handed over the work to non mara agent and took the entire fee. Both of them lacked the knowledge of the visa process because of this i had to put in lot of additional money which was not required.
Finally they said i only did not act according to them. They used to harass on calls thinking they have full control on my application. Later i moved out and got visa on my own.
I want a refund of money for all the mistakes they did and my application went on hold. Was this information helpful? |
