I've initiated the Canadian Immigration process in Feb'20 and since then have been continuously bugged to pay 2 installments despite not much consultation provided by Visas & Permits. I'd like to reiterate that as per agreement the company is bound to pay a full refund which is almost a lakh INR. I totally understand the current pandemic situation but V&P should've handled the whole situation in a transparent manner being in continuous touch with their customers. All of the reputation gained since 8 years is now doomed and NO proper replies since 2 months was a silent threat of this forthcoming. However, I'd not ponder over past but will be interested to be part of fight to get my (rather our) hard-earned money back.
