Management has declared Project Incentive to be paid after completion of Project, but now not paying the committed Project Incentive amounting to Rs.3, 04, 734/-
I was with the company during Project phase and I was employed more than 1 year after completion of job also, in June 2024, Myself resigned from my job and served 3 month's Notice Period also i.e. upto 31st August 2024, After that management extended the Notice Period for further 2 months which I served from my home in Kolkata.
Requesting the company to pay my Project Incentive.
