As I attached the bill they cost me 1383...but the correct was 1176 because t-shirt is of 229 each but if we purchase 2 then according to offer we will get 2 in 329 only I purchased 6 tshirts means 3 pair of 329 then it should be 987 and 1 tshirt of 129 I purched without any offer the total should be 129+987= 1176 .

I allready payment but he said your time 30 second complete so u can't recived ur product i really fedup😒 for the misbehave.i want my product which i hav brought rs 642

I have purchased tandem mixer grinder from Vishal mega Mart kurukshetra on dated 18/10/2020. But from yesterday it's not working please resolve the issue

Went to vishal mega mart on dated 13.02.2022 at timing 15:44 item amount of rs 299/-is added in billing but item not delivered

Firstly
I have visited VISHAL mega Mart North Lakhimpur Assam pin 787001 on dated 11.02.2022. I purchased many products with a pant. When i go to counter i accidentally forgot to count the pant. then valueless security of the door said you have to pay double amount for this pant. Then I said why if is to do then keep it i don't need anymore why i will pay double ??? Than one of the counter girl said I don't know anything about it, you have to pay double than i said again to keep that with them but she didn't give any response just show her attitude and treat me like I don't know anything about shopping. What a nonsense girl!!! Than she said again you have to pay RS/1398. That time i don't have so much money. anyway, i paid.
Secondly one day I brought a long pant with many products from the same mart but accidentally I brought a torn pant. Which is much torned in 6 parts of the pant. next day my father went there to exchange it but the employee of there are said that if you don't keep it with you than why you come to brought from here I can't exchange it, you people are don't have eyes or what??? He didn't accept it.

What is this? What's the behaviour having with them? They are not literated or what? Why They didn't know how to behave with customers? Why the company employed them?

Shame on you!!! The company have to resign or suspend them. We people are not feeling good about that. Please don't treat like that company have to more aware of this. I don't like this anymore. They always do the same to customers and loss minimum 15 customers a day. And i will never buy anything from there what a useless mart.

I'm from Buxar. Here I came to buy a gas stove but after waiting 30-40 min noone listen to me. After sometime another staff came and when I asked him about the price detail and want to check the thing then he disallowed me to do so, such a rude behaviour is this shame on Vishal mega Mart, buxar

I have visited the BALURGHAT store and find it very Uneasy to shop as there are no staff to attend the customer and solve their queries.
Also on Asking some staff(found on searching), their behaviour is very rude and inappropriete and are very under friendly.
When i asked for Store Manager to let him know, they replied store manager is busy with Dinner and party going on in the store so no body is available for attending me and solve my queries.
Last but not the least only one billing counter is opened and no covid protocol is maintained during the billing and in store where there is no mask on the store boys and staffs and also there no social distancing is maintained.

In November but still it not working.

Please refer to three attachments.
Amount Rs 3855/- paid twice from debit card and phone pe as your retail counter debit card system not working. Both the receipts are attached with this mail.

But multiple amount credited to single transaction. Also complaint made at vishakhapatnam centre as per attachment and matter was unable to solve the problem.
We are regret to inform that the said amount is not yet received.
Kindly look into the matter do the needful at the earliest.

After purchasing the items while taking back my two wheeler i come know that it is dislocated and rear wheel inflation( AIR) was removed. And made hardship to come back my home. I told security and the manger how come wheel inflation become less?. It is the responsibility of the shop to keep the customers vehicle in safe. Manager told it is not responsibility of Shop and answered that shortly we put board in front. I parked thinking that and feel responsibility of the shop to see customer belongings in safe condition. I asked manger to get my vehicle inflated ( Air filled) so that i can go home safely. At least to keep basic things needed in such situation.

We purchashed a nighty gown worth Rs 499 on 20 jan 2021.On reaching home we found that product was damaged .we went to the store on 22 jan to return the product .Staff misbehaved with us and told us that they will give us the product worth Rs 300 only.we couldnt do anything I must say that we will not purchase from vishal ever again .address - vishal mega mart shikohabad district-firozabad.

I bought by mistake a Dove Conditioner Dandruff Care of Rs. 190.00 in place of Dove Shampoo by Bill No.[protected] dated[protected]. After 2 days I want to replace it but Vishal refuses to do so. Kindly take necessary action and arrange to replace my item.

On 16.01.2022 at 7.20 pm I with my wife and son visited Vishal mega Mart Balasore for purchase of one prestige induction cooker, tender pressure cooker, 03 nos. of Havells led bulb and other 03 items. But at the time of billing the billing staff misbehaving and threatened me and my wife also. At that time manager also present and apologize for the attitude of billing staff. I think it is not a healthy environment for purchase of materials from Vishal mega Mart being a customer. It is humble request enquire the matter and strict action be taken against the above billng staff.

During marketing time price tag shows an amount and when billed the bill amount is showing a high amount.
When trying to convince and lodge complain the cash counter employees behave too rudely.
Even told some abusive words and told to do whatever we can do.

Is this not fraud marketing?
Who does not check bill they definitely pay mor than the MRP..

At ghaziabad (Plot No- 367, 72A Road, Khora Rd, Deepak Vihar, [censored]al Vihar, Khora Colony, Sector 62, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 200301).

1. They accept cash easily. But for buyers who pay by card has to move from one to counter to another because the cashiers keep moving you to another counters. Either notice should be mentioned in big bold letters, so customer can help themselves.

2. While payment, they have some gift as per the payment reaches upto some limit. And then cashier asks you move from one place to another to get those stuff, and irony is that those stuffs are not available. We asked them to remove the gifts things, and they said the bill cannot be made without it. It's compulsory. And it gets delayed which is not nice to the customers.

Very disappointing experience at the time of payment.
