Vishal mega Mart Sangrur staff is non cooperative.when they were asked to start AC, they said we don't have company approval. the weather is hot and humid and the building is not properly ventilated.
Either staff or company or both of you are not taking care of the customer.
Resolve this issue immediately othervise I will take up the matter with the concerned ministry of govt of India

Staff deputed at Sangrur Punjab is non cooperative and irresponsible.
When they were requested to start AC, they behaved rudely and said we have no company'approval
And inthe store,
It's too hot and humid to stay more than 10 minutes
Kindly look into the matter

Your store in Bahadurgarh is very suffocating. There is no AC facility in the complex. In basement section it is impossible to stay there for more than 5 minutes. I talked to the service staff and they said they are also suffering for more than 3 years.
Please improve your facilities ASAP.

I purchased some grocery items . In counter-6 (Sankar Raula) billed it and cheated with item numbers like I bought one item he billed 2 soyabean oil. I complained to manager. Again I didn’t buy Everest chana masala, he put his price in the bill. Completely dissatisfied, hate vishal megamart now .

I am a regular visitor to the Sandhu Colony, Amritsar Branch of Vishal Mega Mart. I visited here today. There are in total 14 counters for billing, however they were accepting payment at only 3 counters. There was long queue in all the working counters and a lot of ruckus. What's the significance of this facility if regular customers have to face so much problems. I don't think so this suits the repute of your company.
Hoping for immediate redressal.

I had 3 ltrs Tandem Pressure cooker on 06/03/2022 bill no[protected]. He sold me Demage product after two o[censored]ses too much water leakage from Pressure valve. But Vishal mega Mart executive doesn't Return this Demage pressure cooker.

Muje apka security staff ka complain karna tha...mein Vishal mein humesha shopping karta hu muje acha lagta hai lekin security staff ne itna roudly behave kiya muje acha nhi loga 2 3month ageh v roudly miss behave kiya tha security ne mena shopping kiya mena bola thora band kar do or muje bol rha hai ye humlog kam nhi hai ...mena bola dusra Vishal mein to security help karta hai se ulta bol chil lake hoto ustomar ane do bolke muje hota diya...sayad local security staf hai islea itna power dikha rha he hum v local hai bht kuch v kar sakte hai ...ap log action le jiye

Visited to vishal megamart Bhubaneswar feel suffocated after few minutes as they don't hava any air ventilation in store. And store manager sits in a AC room enjoying leaving customer in sweaty and unpleasant condition. Look we are there to bye so if your store manager will do this kind of behaviour then it's better we shouldn't visit vishal megart in Bhubaneswar . And your store staff said these ac are switched if for covid protocols. I don't know wat kind of protocol vishal management is just bullying customer only. Only doing business not customer service.

This is a serious complaint against you patna bihar store situated at KHEMNICHAK bypass. The condition is very poor. The staff is not aware of the price details. Most staff is missing. Product are misplaced. Billing counter don't have both cash and online payment system, either they take cash or online payment. There is need of serious inspection and various changes required. As your coustom, I don't like your service. This all situations give bad image to your retail chain.

Vishal mega mart charged me more than the amount on the product

This is a serious complaint against your sector 76 Noida store. The condition is highly pathetic. The staff does not know where more than half the products are kept. Every aisle has a shopping cart stacked with products to be put on shelves. The staff does not even care about products lying on the floor. Most of the staff are missing. All trail rooms have clothes thrown on floor. Some serious inspection is needed and drastic changes required urgently or else u may close down the store. It's an embarrassment to the retail chain

WORST EXPERIENCE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE, BILLING COUNTER AND BILLING COUNTER EXECUTIVES.There were only 2 billing counters open, though there were 2 more counters with billing executives being busy and the counters not open. After waiting at a billing counter for about 20 minutes, the billing executive then asked me to go to other counter since he wanted a tea break. Taking a tea break is okay. However, the other counter has a huge line and I could have to wait for another half n hour to get it done. When I asked the other billing executive for a complaint book, he told me where the book is, and then started billing in the counter where I faced the issue. Even after billing is done, he just gave me the receipts and left the counter, not even keeping the items in the bag. I had to take all the purchased goods, place them in the carry bag I purchase there and leave! The problem is always with the billing counters and everytime I visited this mart, I waited for more than half an hour to get my billing done and leave the mart! Please value customer's time and self respect!

As I attached the bill they cost me 1383...but the correct was 1176 because t-shirt is of 229 each but if we purchase 2 then according to offer we will get 2 in 329 only I purchased 6 tshirts means 3 pair of 329 then it should be 987 and 1 tshirt of 129 I purched without any offer the total should be 129+987= 1176 .

I have purchased tandem mixer grinder from Vishal mega Mart kurukshetra on dated 18/10/2020. But from yesterday it's not working please resolve the issue

Went to vishal mega mart on dated 13.02.2022 at timing 15:44 item amount of rs 299/-is added in billing but item not delivered

Firstly
I have visited VISHAL mega Mart North Lakhimpur Assam pin 787001 on dated 11.02.2022. I purchased many products with a pant. When i go to counter i accidentally forgot to count the pant. then valueless security of the door said you have to pay double amount for this pant. Then I said why if is to do then keep it i don't need anymore why i will pay double ??? Than one of the counter girl said I don't know anything about it, you have to pay double than i said again to keep that with them but she didn't give any response just show her attitude and treat me like I don't know anything about shopping. What a nonsense girl!!! Than she said again you have to pay RS/1398. That time i don't have so much money. anyway, i paid.
Secondly one day I brought a long pant with many products from the same mart but accidentally I brought a torn pant. Which is much torned in 6 parts of the pant. next day my father went there to exchange it but the employee of there are said that if you don't keep it with you than why you come to brought from here I can't exchange it, you people are don't have eyes or what??? He didn't accept it.

What is this? What's the behaviour having with them? They are not literated or what? Why They didn't know how to behave with customers? Why the company employed them?

Shame on you!!! The company have to resign or suspend them. We people are not feeling good about that. Please don't treat like that company have to more aware of this. I don't like this anymore. They always do the same to customers and loss minimum 15 customers a day. And i will never buy anything from there what a useless mart.
