Yesterday I brought a shirt worth 399 at Vishal mega Mart In Vijayawada and after returning home today I was found that shirt was damaged and I paid the money in online because of technical issue they don't gave me any bill I want to exachange my shirt or return the shirt so please help me with it

डूंडाहेड़ा के विशाल मेगा मार्ट में जो स्टाफ हक़ी वो कस्टमर को अकेले जबरदस्ती कमरे में लेकर जाता है । पूरा स्टाफ उसको घेर लेता है मारपीट करता है। पैसे लुटे है। जान से मारने की धमकी देते है । लड़कियों को बुलाकर बलात्कार करने की धमकी देकर फिरौती मांगते है। कस्टमर को सरेआम बेइज्जती करते है

मोहदय आपसे निवेदन है कि डूंडाहेड़ा गांव के तमाम स्टाफ को बदला जाए नहीं यहां पर धीरे धीरे कोई नही आएगा।

विशेष तौर पर यहां के मैनेजर जो है इन्होंने बेड़ा गर्क कर रखा है।

I went to yalahanka Vishal mega Mart on 31st dec 2021 and i brought 1 set dress to my kid, i thought size will be suitable to my kid but when came to the home i checked the product is vey small size so same I packed and went for exchange on2nd Jan 2022, they are telling we can't exchange this product reason is before buying products you should check here itself. We can't give exchange like they are saying.,

I hv purchased items of Rs 3983 from korba Chhattisgarh out let.
Bill no:[protected] dt 31/12/21, counter -2

Out of all the items 2 nos items,
1. Kadhai 11 inch - Rs 199
2. Surf Excel -detergent - Rs 485
are billed but not packed along with others

As I reside about 50 km from store, I hv tried to contact over phone but it is switched off.

I didn't expect floor Meneger to use it so badly bihevihar & wrongly offer communication. Take my billed more than offer price just asked menegar but he say very rudly The bill has gone wrong due to increased GST. But floor still offer communication 159/- my billed 199/-
80 rupees has been deducted more than display amount.
Please do the needful help ur team..

I had brought 6 items from Vishal mega Mart and I got the bill of 8 items the 2 items which i didn't brought ...i believed the staff and the guard checking at the gate and i myself didn't checked the items and price...now after coming home I checked the items and bill so i came to now about the problem...what should I do now??? Today I went to vishal mega mart at Mau District o[censored]ttarpardesh. Where I purchased some items worth rupees 2500. And spent about 1 hour but when I came to billing section I found that billing prices was very high compare to their prices which are shown on racks . When I complaint about it they told me that we can't do anything. I left all those items there only. Everyone was complaining about it but none of your staff was taking it seriously

I have purches first crop noodle for 95 rs in by one get on offer, but he deducted 190rs., Purches peanut work 45, by 2, get three offer but he deducted 135, . And boroplus bodylotion for 320 in by one get one offer but he given only 1 lotion.

Hiii, Today I went to vishal mega mart rajpur road (dilaram chowk)Dehradun just for some shopping, there was a write discount note on jacket section (299 Full sleeve shirt Free On Shopping Of 799 jacket) I bought a jacket and an another cloth also selected that free item which was written for jacket, when I reached to billing counter that billing guys deducted money for tht free item too, I’ve asked him about offer that it should be free with jacket if you’re giving offer, he just denied to gave me that and add that price in bill too, and told me in very rude manner i know what’s the offer I’m working here.
If you aren’t giving free items with products then why’re you guys putting those free items sticket there, highly disappointed with this Behaviour Of Vishal Mega mart Dehradun

Actually I taking 2 two t shirts but its size not matched me (1st I'm taking t shirts M size )next I return its t shirt to mart for exchange but that type t shirts sizes not available there (like actually its XL or XXL) ok for me its discounted I payed rupees ₹450 for t shirts then choose shirts and take at per pice ₹300 I select 2 shirts and take it but there exchange very problems their not responding properly
I was very sad this procedure but then one biggest problem is then one time u exchange then 2nd time is not exchange any items this procedure is very bad why because their wearing shirt is not available rules how it possible u think then I take shirts also mis sized what I can do ...so please I kindly I reported to u vishal mart u please change procedure...its give permission to wear or give permission exchange procedure I mind to u davanagere branch hadadi road vishal mart response

On 19th December at Vishal Mega Mart, Mahipalpur, I was shopping for blankets, where I saw this offer saying 'blanket AND bedspread' at 1399, but they said it's either blanket or bedspread, not both. I was mislead and at the same time, the salesman and his senior were rude and used obscene languages. They were not ready to listen or help. I want to speak with someone who can attend to my complaint. I need both the products as it displayed.

I had visited the Vishal Mega Mart, Ramphal Chowk Dwarka store yesterday and drought a few items .

There was a jacket with an offer displayed at Rs 799 /- when I took for billing I was told it was for Rs 999/-.
I have brought the product but want to lodge a complain against wrong communication and will appreciate if the management can look into and give me a refund of Rs 200/- the difference amount which I will appreciate.

I would like to file a complaint about the misbehaving, misleading and rude behaviour of the cashier mainly the head cashier when I complain about an unsuccessful UPI transaction refund. The incident occurred today at Vishal Mega Mart Tezpur, Assam situated at Kacharigaon. When my wife paid the bill amount of 428/- through UPI the amount have been deducted from her bank account but your store cashier said the transaction was not successful and said to pay the bill amount in cash when I asked about a refund they told me to complain at the bank. But it's the store's mistake and the store had to provide me with any valid document to file a refund if it happened so. It's not about only 428 bucks but mostly misbehaviour, misleading and rude behaviour of head cashier with customer mainly disrespectful with women. Provide me satisfactorily resolution and apology or otherwise, I will go to consumer court.

I have purchased so many items of your bareilly new mega mart near sattelite station. I am asked to you staff provide us trolly. He is giving me in rudely language take from outside from mall. Why i am going outside the mall for taking trolly this my job and also some in product not update in your system and not tag in cloths. I am totally nerevious for coming to mart why i come to your mart for wastage of money. For what reason i come? Rudely staff and behaviour. So.peasw kindly do the at end.

I have purchased some items from Vishal Mega Mart Agartala Hariganga Basak Road opposite of Melarmath West Tripura, Pin - 799001, which Bill No is[protected] Counter No 9 on December 09 2021.
So in this connection my clear point of view is that when I purchased some of products from that store and reach in the counter for billing and for carrying purpose of those items with me it's basic required a carry bag for carrying those items but counter person simply denied that they are not providing any carry bags from that store.
So it simply unjustified with customers and miss guided customers.
I hope it will take a necessary steps and can improve the better service with providing free carry bag for each purchase.
