    Mera name shubham he mene vishal Mega mart store chanakyapuri, Indore se lower and T-shirt purchase kiya tha mene lower thik se 5 times bhi nahi pahna or lower T-shirt wash hone ke baad pura khatam ho gaya just like a ruff paper types pura barbad ho gaya cloth itna local quality aaj tak nahi dekha and wo sab thik he mene product ka pesa diya uska kiya wo to vest ho gaya wo sab bhi thik hai lekin me job wo use less lower T-shirt ko ghar par dekhta hu dimag kharab ho jata he lagta ni kisi store se purchase karke laya hu I think band ho jana chahiye vishal Mega mart 😡 customer pesa deta service chahiye use dhanyawad 🙏

      Bill no[protected] dt 27/10/2021 bill amount is Rs 3461 i pay cash Rs 3500 but in bill it show Rs cash 2461 other payment sbi and hdfc card payment which cashier pay through his card when i ask what u have done he does not give proper respone

          In Haridwar visual mega mart. Manager behavior is so rood with tha Cusumers, you have to decide u want customer or u r Hitler staff. He's don't know how to seepk with customers. He's told me that's my mall and u r not allowed for shopping . You have to check with my mobile number and you have to take a serious auction agents him if you want so I proved to you vedio also plz take serious

            I am an army man, and ur store which is located in vip main road kolkata, has just provided me the baddest service of all time, standing in line for 45 min and joke was that there was just 2 people in lin still it take 45 min, i[censored] can't find guys woth good service quality them please shut down the counter, but don't push us and our time in joeapardy

                Today I went with my family for shopping in Vishal Mega Mart there was misbehavior by the staff, I complained to the supervisor of that flower but he was also not treated properly. I complained to the manager, the manager called that staff, explained but the behavior of that staff was very bad, he threatened to die if he went out, sir, such behavior will spoil the name of your Vishal Mega Mart.

                Therefore, you are requested to kindly investigate this incident, otherwise your name will be bad.

                    Vishal Mega Mart do not provide proper offer conditions due to which customers need to suffer they need to give a proper description for the offer...like today's offer was Rs9 for 1kg sugar but conditions were not mentioned that for Rs 9 1kg sugar we need to do shopping of 1000.

                                This complaint is regarding staff & manager behavior at the outlet.

                                No AC in basement; I think same situation since my last 5-6 visits in the store in a period of 6-7 months. Given feedback to store manager in evening shift- got reply in a ignoring way that company don’t have funds to repair the AC. Very unpleasant smell in basement; feels like u have visited an old abandoned govt building.

                                cashier at checkout counter having different attitude. Asked if I need carry bag to earn extra profit for company & upon denying the purchase of bag he just pushed the clothes towards me ( all scattered stuff)
                                It seems like I have not bought it but just borrowed or begged clothes from him.

                                I hope this is not the kind of training their management is giving to them to attend a customer.

                                  I went to Vishal mega mart (Jessore road, Champadali branch) as usual. Did my shopping, after billing the employee there asked me for bag. I refused it as i have my bag with me. Then he said 'ok' but asked me to pack my products by my own, he also added that "if you have your own bag then we dont pack your goods". That means they are indirectly forcing us to buy bags from them. This is the 2nd time im facing the same issue.

                                  Please put some light in this 'insulting' behaviour and take some steps if possible.
