I have visited to vishal mega mart bidar today. After shopping i went to vishal mega mart parking, i found miss place of byk then i found my petrol tank is empty. Then i asked security he told he will not aware of that, then we tried to complaint at store, but nobody in ready to register complaint from us. Managers stated miss behaving with me.
I thought it is good to post on social media to showcase your miss behavior and poor maintance.br...

At the VISHAL MEGA Mart, Eldorado, Jail Road, Shillong, at about 6:45 PM, at the exit, where complimentary gifts are handed out, I saw one customer being badly treated, when he was asking for money in lieu of the free 2 Kg Sugar. If this kind of treatment to customer continues, VISHAL will loose regular visitors and well wishers. The sales persons at VISHAL may be imparted behavioural training....

Today I visited Vishal store of Ayappanagar k r Puram Bangalore store pin 560036, during billing person told us about offer of buy two get one free for parle H&S choco rolls which is been done but cheated on item Tiger krunch chocochips buy one get one free which is mentioned in the bill but collected...

I bought a collar t shirt of about 199 rs today on 7 Oct from Vishal mega Mart bhagwan talkies agra but after returning home I found it that it's damaged in the arm. I want to return it but I lost the bill in the way returning home. Now what should I do. I want to return or exchange it by the new one....

I was purchased some groceries from vishal mart, From 1, they was deducted more than MRP ....

Money deducted from account but they said they didn't received and gave me reverse slip and money is not refunded yet. I have presented transaction photo below ....

Why don't you do other store exchange....

I bought some things from vishal mega mart Hoshiarpur on full MRP. So I paid extra 472 rs. I want my extra 472 rs. Because i bought that things on full MRP also....

I have visited Vishal mega mart bulandshahr UP store today .. envoirement inside the store was horrible they even do not run any AC inside the store . I have asked to the store person to on the AC they refused to do that.. i do not understand the cheap mentality of this big store. every time the situation remain the same where as the near by store V mart have the good and cool environment in the store .. from today onwards i decided to shop...

Cash not received fake commitment...

I visited vishal mega store, rohini sector 11, delhi on 29th september, 2021

I bought an item, but due to lack of cash they told me to pay by scanning the qr code, my amount of rs. 499 at 9:41 pm was deduted, , , but in their system they said it is not received and i will receive the refund in 24 hours ..

Its been 5 days now, i have not received the refund ..

Please resolve...

Store environment is really bad it was so hot not able to shop anything . Such a big store only 1 Ac is working rest all are off not able to try clothes or buy anything everyone were so upset because of the hot temperature inside the store. Really bad condition. Visited 4-5 times and the same issue was there everytime....

The condition is very bad due to tha ac, inside temperature was so hot, noticed 3-4 times in the. Temp was so bad not able to check clothes in trail room because of the temp. The store is so big and only 1-2 ac are working rest all are off and store environment is really bad not able to shop. It was not expected such a big name of vishal because is the store issues company image will degrade and not only me many people were suffocated they...

I purchase Britannia nutri choice biscuits from Beawar store. Print of biscuit are 20 but charge 25....

Ac is not running daily customer is not feeling well while they are doing shopping daily.

This is very useless place without Ac....

I had paid 1597 rupees in Vishal mega Mart store Malerkotla for clothes purchase on 1 October 2021 through Google pay . They said they didn't received payment while money was deducted from my account and Google pay shows that the payment was received. The cashier gave me slip and said your money will refund in 24 hours but I didn't recieved yet. please help .I have presented transaction I'd and slip photo for the proof ....

This is to complain that staffs are not switching onn the fan or AC, customers are facing lot of problem while shopping even they are not able to complete their shopping due to hot atmosphere inside.
Please do look after this.
