At the VISHAL MEGA Mart, Eldorado, Jail Road, Shillong, at about 6:45 PM, at the exit, where complimentary gifts are handed out, I saw one customer being badly treated, when he was asking for money in lieu of the free 2 Kg Sugar. If this kind of treatment to customer continues, VISHAL will loose regular visitors and well wishers. The sales persons at VISHAL may be imparted behavioural training.

Updated by Hiranmoy Talukdar The customer was asking for the price of the 2 Kg Sugar, as Sugar was not available at that time. In my receipt also they wrote that 2 Kg sugar will be pending to be delivered (copy attached). That customer only said that it would not be economical for him to come again for 2 Kg of Sugar.
