I have been a regular client of Vishal mega Mart .
To my suprise the expected billing time at counter number 9 at Vishal mega Mart una.

The dealing of official present at counter no 9 at 19.40 hourse dated[protected] is unexpectedly very aggressive .

Even Sahil branch manager at una hasn't assisted as per expectation .

There was a delay of more than 25 mins for billing and manager and officials even after billing .

Poor services shall share my experience with relatives freinds and colleagues

My bill is rs 337 but they gave me bill rs470

Not gave ne offer wala too buy one get ine free

We were visit today at 9 pm we went to Vishal and the employee who work there is start abusing us we were checking the clothes so he start abusing and I don't want this forgranted this is just untorrable i am not appecting this from this staff and I want my complain should preorised first the way he use to abuse is not acceptable not at all and I want to take with customer care immediately otherwise I'll take any possible dicision as well [protected] this ia my contact number .

We visited Vishal mart Dwarka sector 7 today to buy few clothing and house hold items.On the second floor, when we were enquiring about clothes with the staff..He gave very reckless replies, including some insulting gestures and postures.Though, we didn't take them seriously it did hurt us badly.As there was no name on his pocket, we enquired about that employee and found that he was called "senior" among them.We brought this to the notice of Manager(Mr Mahesh) but he also didn't respond well.It was really a bad day.Thank you Vishal Mart. Asm abuse me

Went there a few minutes back. Many customers are seen without MASKS. When complained at the Cash Counter they were trying to put the blame on the Security at the Gate. The Security Personnel, when confronted by me, misbehaved and asked me rudely to complain against the Company, not against him!

I took 2 whisper soft pads of size XL and Xl+ at counter number 4 by Anil Nishad at 10 sep 14:46:58.Both pads were calculated for same rate but they were of 260 n 330 simultaneously.later when I went to clear the bill I was denied to return 70 Rupees .They asked to take something for that money so that they could adjust the bill.
I am really dissapointed with staff response n customer care service over there.Mistake was done by the staff but I paid for it.

I had bought a dress from Vishal mega Mart Haldwani store (Pin code 263139). And I wish to exchange it with a different product as I couldn't try it at that time since the changing rooms were not working. Please help me in exchanging the product with something different. Since nothing is clearly mentioned about the return policy . I need immediate response.

I bought tandem induction +gas compatible non-stick kadhai from vishal mega mart on 4/09/2021 but the kadhai is not working on induction so I want to change the product. Please change my product with a new product which can work on induction. You can exchange my product from gangapur narauli, karauta, patna, bihar. I was purchase three shirts, three paints at near city center gwalior stich quality and cloth colour very poor. Shirts se dhage nikal rahe hai, stich open ho rahi hai. Wash karne ke bad paints ka colour badal raha hai.

I have purchased shopping of Rs 5103 on dated 05 Sept 2021 at your Kanjwani Store Jammu(J&).After Complete my shopping your team has handed over me 05 kg Packing of Rice, it is your offer for billing above Rs.5000.
I have opened the packing of Rice after reaching at home and I shocked after seeing the quality of Rice.All the Rice has been crushed like powder form, I have never seen earlier in my life these types of poor Rice.
It is advised don't give poor quality products to customer because we are not beggars.

I did shopping at vishal. Megamart Nagaon assam today ie. 8 sept 2021 . The employee at the counter said the bill amount is rs 2540 and according to him I paid 2550 and he returned 10 rs.. After coming out of the shop I noticed the amount was 1540 as per the bill. He charged rs 1000 extra. I went there and then he denied that he took 2500 . The manager too didn't take any step and when asked for CCTV footage I saw the CCTV near the counter was placed in such a way that no one can find out what going on at the counter. I really feel disappointed seeing this kind of security lapse from your reputed shop. I want to forward this for further investigation

I bought two bedsheets on 22 Aug 2021. Bill no. Is[protected]. One of the two bedsheets was totally damaged and torn. It cannot be used at all. I wish to return it, but the return periods is 15 days and today is the 17th day. I live in the BSF Campus, Baikunthpur, Salugara. We do not have permission to go out of the campus every now and then due to which the return period is over. Please help me in this regard.

29aug2021 ko apke chattarpur new delhi outlet se meine approx 5000rs.ki shopping kari thi jisme 2 PC Bath towel bhi purchase kiye the wo dono PC defected hai or color bhi chod diya.jinko lekar me aaj date 7 sep 2021 ko apke outlet par gaya to apke staff ne miss behave kiya aur towel change karne se mana kar diya.pl.aap meri problem ko solve karke meri help kare.

मेरा नाम आशीष गुप्ता है और मैं विशाल मेगा मार्ट जी टी रोड से नियमित रूप से सामान खरीदता रहता हूँ । आज मैंने आपके उपरोक्त स्टोर से 3 शर्ट खरीदी, जो कि 299 के प्राइस टैग के साथ थी और उनमें लिखा था कि 2 खरीदने पर 1 मुफ्त । मैंने उसमे से 1 शर्ट 499 एमआरपी की ली और 2 शर्ट 299 एमआरपी की ली । जब मैं काउंटर पर पेमेन्ट करने गया तो मुझसे 499 रु एमआरपी की शर्ट के 499 रु लिए गए जबकि इससे पहले कभी किसी नही लिए गए क्योंकि अधिकतर प्राइस टैग वाले समान में उस एमआरपी से ज्यादा कीमत वाला समान रखा रहता था, मैंने काउंटर पर मौजूद व्यक्ति से इस बारे में कहा लेकिन वो सुनने को तैयार नही हुआ और 499 और 299 की बिलिंग करके मुझे 1 शर्ट फ्री दी, जो कि मेरी हिसाब से गलत है।
मेरे पास बिल भी मौजूद है
श्रीमान बात 200 रु की नही, बल्कि ईमानदारी की है, जब उस जगह सारी शर्ट्स के रेट के साथ 299 का प्राइस टैग लगा था तो फिर उस जगह की शर्ट के 499 रु क्यो काटे गए
कृपया मुझे इस बात जवाब जरूर दे

Sir kl maine sun n moon vishal mega mart m shopping ki thi jisme Paytm se payment krne Pr payment kat gya but unko received nhi hua aur unhone muje kha tha ke apko ek din m refund ho jayega aur aaj ek din se jyda ho gye so

महाशय मैंने 5/09/2021 को 548/- रूपए का समान खरीदा तथा मैंने अपने atm से पैसा भुगतान करने के लिए काउन्टर पर दिया मेरे खाते से पैसा डेविट करने के बाद बोला गया कि आपका कार्ड काम नहीं कर रहा है जबकि मेंरे खाते से 548/-डेविट हो गया है और मुझसे नगद 548/-भी काउन्टर पर ले लिया गया है
