Vishal Mega Mart Complaints & Reviews

I purchased some grocery from Vishal Mega Mart Udhampur today.
There are was one pack of Pure Burst Cow Ghee, marked as Rs 379/- as per offer (same was confirmed by billing excutive.
Later he deducted Rs 419 instead of mentioned amount.
Why such kind of mismatch/fraud with the customers.

Kindly check and resolve this issue at the earliest.

It's just not acceptable.

I am attaching bill that is having exact date and time also adding pic of bill in which one extra item was added in my bill by billing person.
Pls check the recording of that time and take action against the billing person how can he add extra item in the bill nd making the customer fool.

Pathetic and horrible shopping experience at Vasundhara store.
1. Slow and lethargic billing process: With only 4 customer in the que, it took at least 50 min for my turn for billing
2. Staff are rude and doesn't give heed to the customer complaint
3. Ac was not working and all person were feeling suffocated...

I am really surprised about customer service provided at vishal mega mart at bagnan.
There is any staff other than billing counter and gatekeeper.
And more surprisingly no any response if asked anything about product.
AC is not working for last 1 year.
Staffs are only concerned about billing counter and nothing else.
Vishal mega mart being a huge name but such a bad service never experienced....

I have purchased the same product from the VMM, bhadurgarh and bhiwani and the price of the same product is 99 in both places but at the charkhi dadri the price of the same product is Rs.20 more than both the place and a fake tag is also attached by the vmc, charkhi dadri. I'm raising my concerns regarding the poor ventilation and indoor air quality at Vishal Mega Mart Palwal, Haryana - 121102. The ventilation system is in such poor conditions that many a times it becomes hard to breathe plus sweating due to increased indoor temperatures makes it even harder to shop in the store.
In addition, the employees of the store are forced to work in such harsh environment which is basically a torture for them.br...

I would like to inform you that the matter was I paid money two times on dated (30.11.2020) in Vishal Mega Mart account (Bill no.[protected], Counter-5 dated 30.11.2020 time 16:39:49) but he did not receive twice a time same day.
After that I paid money by cash.

So kindly, I requested to resolve it as soon as possible.

I have got a message on my mobile number from vishal mega mart that you will get a discount on purchasing any item from vishal mega mart, during billing I had shown the message to the counter manager and he said that yes it is valid you will get some discount but after the bill was made he sad that this offer (message one) will be given if you purchase tomorrow, when I complained about this to the head manager, the manager and the biller...
