Dear Team, I had purchased an USHA Induction Cooker from your Bahu Plaza Jammu outlet. The date of Purchase was 12.11.2020. The serial Number of the Induction was 08/2020, Model No. IC3616. However it stopped working after use of three months. I had lodged a complaint with USHA for repair of the same vide No. CC[protected] DATED 2nd April 2021, followed by another on 07th June vide Complaint No. CC[protected]. I have the Warranty Card of the Article but it does not have Memo No. mentioned on it as desired by the USHA. Moreover, the Invoice of the same has already been faded. I had visited your Bahu Plaza Jammu outlet for the issuance of Duplicate Bill for couple of times. But nobody could help me with it. I had been struggling to get it fixed. I have spent more money on travel then the actual cost of the article that I had purchased. It is the poorest Customer service that Vishal Mega Mart people are providing. In addition to it, mentioning Memo Number was the duty of Employees of our organization as the Bills of Vishal cannot be preserved for long due to Ink used in it. You are requested to either get it fixed or replaced or simply stop selling thing which you cannot get fixed. I will not recommend any one the Electronics .

They added extra money in my bill. They added 200 rupees extra in my bill on t shirt

They add double money on my bill in two t-shirt the price 200 of these t shirt but they took 400 rupees from me

I raised a complaint for geyser which I purchased on 19.12.2018 the complant is water leakage from the geyser registered within the warranty period but no proper solution is to done I make many complaints and this is my last complaint regarding your product to your company directly. please consider I am very fed up with the complaint and solution process please consider accordingly.
I hope you will solve it for ur customer satisfaction.

Tandem mixer not working properly

Mixer not working

I bought tandem mixer juicer in December 2020 from vishal mega mart, dhandra road, dugri, Ludhiana. From last 8-10 days my juicer is not working properly. I showed it to store on dhandra road, dugri.
The executive checked the mixer juicer and said that he will submit complaint and the it will repair within few days.

It's almost past 1 week but no one came to check it. Kindly look into it asap.

I have bought tendam multimedia speaker 2.1 from vishal mega mart From Govindpuri. Plug wire connection properly not working with spark from last week i had complaint at vishal store online but he told me please visit Vishal Mega mart store at Govind Puri they told me not to compliant on line i have also contact vishal mega mart but not contactable on this no.[protected] So i m writing this complaint for repaire or replacement of my speaker i have the warranty card of this item pls do needful as fast as possible.

I bought a induction + gas hard anodized Tawa THT5600I, on 20 Aug. 2020. Bill No. is[protected] and Artical No. is [protected] from Vishal Mega mart, Halwasia Mall, Hansi Gate Bhiwani.
now its Induction plate is damaged I want to change it.

As we are aware that dur to covid 19, lockdown are imposed in many areas including meerut,
I brought an item 'Driftwood men trouser straight khakhi 34' worth 499 including other items, on 29 April 2021
But trail room was not available at the store,
After I brought the trouser, some mishappening went with me, due to that I was not able to exchange the item,
And I go for exchange on 15 May 2021
But store person refuse, and say 15 days are over, we cannot change,
Is there any solution,

Dear Team,
Am today visited hyderabad balapur vishal mega mart .In ladies section my wife have to trail the pcs .near by associate shouting on my wife to not to take 2 or 3 pcs for trail .but in that my wife taken different sizes .without checking she is shouted and arguing. There is no signage for not trail a there is no person to explain no customer service .we are very disappointed and my wife got cried .I want return explanation mail .

Yesterday I went to Vishal mega mart and after I’ve done my shopping I was leaving the place and then the security alarm was making some noise and the security personal stopped me and they doubt that I stole something from there and they started to check me what they found was nothing but a soft tag from my bag which I’ve purchased from an online store. I felt so embarrassed. They haven’t said sorry for what they’ve done to me . Is this what the employee behave there .
