Am purchase one plastic box at rs 399/- that is damage...as soon as possible I am going to return store to exchange that piece bt there's manager told us about not to exchange this damage piece because we are the reason of that damage...
Today my fault is only one thing that is I am blindly believe on Vishal mega mart and as per this blindly believe I just skip to check that piece becoz that box is completely packed...the store manager is very rudely behaved .after these incidents me and my family never trust vishal mega mart and not to go there ever..

This is the customer from Hassan Vishal mart where trail room for gents section is available but ladies trail room is not open for use. When questioned about manger give the reason of COVID whereas it’s not applicable for Gents trail rooms.
Mangers tells that there some issues and not ready to clarify it.
Staff were very rude in there communication when approached for assistance.
I believe I will soon receive a reply from you clarifying the issues.
I further stress that it was very inconvenient for my family to buy clothes without getting a trail of it.

I have bought items from Vishal Megamart MP nagar bhopal today.
After buying items from Vishal Megamart when I reached home, I checked and found that the biller in Counter no.12 named mohd. sahil mentioned in Invoicr has charged me an extra item i.e. 2 Men t shirt of RS. 198 which I not bought at all. because Only one is in the shirt while the charge of one is false.
Pay me back

I request you to take appropriate actions. These kind of activities are cheating consumers and making fool of them.

Today I visited Vishal mega Mart branch which I situated to sector 32, ludhiana, punjab, when I entered in mall then sensor beeped security didn't check it, I bought 4 items and when I was on door and going out then sensor beeped and then security stopped me, they insisted me to give full checking, your female person went with me and she checked my clothes, this was invalid blame on me, I am going to file complaint in court against your services and staff

I Pawan Kumar Singh shopped a cloths at Vishal mega Mart Tezpur Assam near BSNL office on 16 mar 2021 with my family.I had taken a jeans ok blue in colour but I couldn't able to see the tags of buy one get one and put it in basket .I purchased items cost 4636.00 total itms twenty.
At counter no three biller name JOHN D AS did not tell about this nither the lady at checkout gate told to me. I came at home and checked and saw one item missing which was one jeans offer's buy one get one..I approached Vishal mega Mart store on 18 mar 2021 for this, talk almost all staff and every body denied to give the item in very rude manner and Nither they talked to manager nor allowed me to talk to manager.

The staff here is the most arrogant people in the world. There is no manager available, just 1 or 2 cashiers available, security guard is racist, no basket or trolley available, the place is as some fish market with no management or social safety norms not at all followed. The staff stands and talks and if someone asks for help they y ignore or tell they don't know. I went there 6 to 7 times and every time I had a different staff member treating me badly. The security guard screams on girls and women who seem weak, and I faced this several times. The worst staff in the world. And also not at all safe.
