Dear sir, i am writing this complaint about vishal mega mart of shivala, varanasi,
The manager has locked the trial room because of which ladies are not able to try their dresses and it is very awkwerd and shameful for all the public, as well as the manager is not behaving well to the customers when asked about trial room, and argues with customers
Requesting to please take some action...

The store bought product is not good. The quality of the product is very bad. Tasteless product, having fungus in it....

I am shopping to your vishal mega mart mau and pay money with paytm upi and money didn't receive that time to counter but credit to my account and then i call paytm customer care he said money debit to your business account.

The staff of vishal mega mart in dabolim, vasco, goa are least bothered about their work half of the time goes in chatting and complaining about ur card swipe not working computer not working or lack of staff with lack of knowledge..And such a big mall but your staff don't put AC on staff...

Today I visited Vishal mega Mart branch which I situated to sector 32, ludhiana, punjab, when I entered in mall then sensor beeped security didn't check it, I bought 4 items and when I was on door and going out then sensor beeped and then security stopped me, they insisted me to give full checking, your female person went with me and she checked my clothes, this was invalid blame on me, I am going to file complaint in court against your services...

I Pawan Kumar Singh shopped a cloths at Vishal mega Mart Tezpur Assam near BSNL office on 16 mar 2021 with my family.I had taken a jeans ok blue in colour but I couldn't able to see the tags of buy one get one and put it in basket .I purchased items cost 4636.00 total itms twenty.
At counter no three biller name JOHN D AS did not tell about this nither the lady at checkout gate told to me. I came at home and checked...

With due respect i would like to inform you that several times I have visited your store in Dharmanagar, North Tripura Branch, Pin 799250, but maximum time I have found that AC is not in working condition. Also inform you that parking charge also allotted for 2 wheelers by this branch and also I have paid Rs. 16/- for One carry bag.
Therefore I am requesting you kindly take necessary action from your end please....

The staff here is the most arrogant people in the world. There is no manager available, just 1 or 2 cashiers available, security guard is racist, no basket or trolley available, the place is as some fish market with no management or social safety norms not at all followed. The staff stands and talks and if someone asks for help they y ignore or tell they don't know. I went there 6 to 7 times and every time I had a different staff member treating...

We purchased household products while billing items were counted and count of items were listed in the bill was correct but we purchased Stay Free Mrp of Rs.220 (1 item) which cost us Rs.600 in bill and we have paid it. After coming back to home we calculate it and observed that they charged us Rs. 380 extra...

Though the amount was cut from my account, your system showed timeout and the cashier demanded the pmt otherwise. So I had to pay the amount again from the SBI account of my daughter Ku Bharati Mishra by her ATM card . I have been requesting the Mart authority to get the amount refunded...

The staff declined our entry into the mall at 8:55 located in lal bangla, Kanpur even though there was a poster that said the store remains open from 10 :00am - 10:00 pm. The store manager Mr. Aditya was extremely rude to us .
When we said that we would complain against him, he rudely said that he doesn't care about it. We are extremely dissatisfied with such behaviour being a regular customer since the past 15 years....

This is 3rd time I have faced a pathetic service experience at Vishal mega mark, awas vikas scheme no[protected]
