I want to inform you that I visited vishal mega mart kalyanpur kanpur on 11 of March 2021 and I felt great inconvenience,
My son selected a tshirt on an offer of buy one get one free and he picked one tshirt and he asked a worker of your department
that where he can get the other free peice and the same worker guided him to pick the free piece and when we went to the billing counter the worker said the tshirt are...

I am appaled to inform you that your Dewas Megamart doesn't have a certified Contact telephone / mobile number listed in your website. The landline given is malfunctioning and how can you think of cordial business relationship with the customers. Please pull your IT Department for this serious lapse and update your branch contact details.
I would certainly expect a reply from you....

I was told by agent that it's length is only till ankle. When. I tried the product it was too much above the ankle. When I go to your nearest shop for exchange and refund. They totally deny for it. I want my refund other wise I will complaint and go through media also....

I along with my family went to purchase few items and at the billing counter one of the employee Rajesh miss behaved and was about to hit me. Not only one shirt there was two shirts in sale
Staff and manager dilusion and Misbehaved with us.

I purchase some orders.Cashier asked my number that i am old customer of your org.
But cashier given me the bill with anothere number why? When i asked he said technical problam why it is happening in Hoshiarpur not another side. Una h.p mai koi bhi shopping ke baad aapke mart wale carry bag ni dete h
jab koi saman shop karenge to carry bag compulsory hai .
agr un se carry bag maangte h to uska 18 rs charge lgate h.

I am a kind of forever joyful customer of your's. Today I lost my bag from the counter and the security members donot provide us with the token numbers. Unfortunately a theif flew away with my bag. But the security members are blaming me for this mistake. I am similar to other people who came there and put their bags. Is this my mistake if I go inside and just wanna buy something for myself from your store leaving my stuff outside in counter....

I purchased 10786 rs clothes on 13th feb, on which I got 1000 rs gift card I was told I can buy clothes worth rs 1000, today after spending 3 hours in the queue I was told all I'll get is a 100 rs discount that too after making the payment of 1000 so basically 11000 rs purchase gets me 100 rs discount and 3 hours of inconvenience. A lot of misinformation and misbehavior was there. Don't expect this from a company this big...

In Moradabad vishal mega mart to much rush is there only few billing counter is open i will say your staff so many time but not response...
