Today 16th March 2021, we went to vishal mega mart Rajouri Garden, J1/162 B at 5:47 pm, counter no[protected]Kamer Chand).
We purchased household products while billing items were counted and count of items were listed in the bill was correct but we purchased Stay Free Mrp of Rs.220 (1 item) which cost us Rs.600 in bill and we have paid it. After coming back to home we calculate it and observed that they charged us Rs. 380 extra on that product. We don't understand why the single product of Rs. 220 charges us Rs.600. We want the extra money charged from us should be refund. NEELAM [protected]

no[protected] to Vishal Mega Mart Balangir, Odisha on 14.2.21 at night towards the cost of a packet of plates . Though the amount was cut from my account, your system showed timeout and the cashier demanded the pmt otherwise. So I had to pay the amount again from the SBI account of my daughter Ku Bharati Mishra by her ATM card . I have been requesting the Mart authority to get the amount refunded for last somedays but invain. Therefore I request Kindly to help the people at your Balangir Mart to return my excess paid amount of Rs549/- early.

The staff declined our entry into the mall at 8:55 located in lal bangla, Kanpur even though there was a poster that said the store remains open from 10 :00am - 10:00 pm. The store manager Mr. Aditya was extremely rude to us .
When we said that we would complain against him, he rudely said that he doesn't care about it. We are extremely dissatisfied with such behaviour being a regular customer since the past 15 years.

This is 3rd time I have faced a pathetic service experience at Vishal mega mark, awas vikas scheme no[protected]

It took 45 minutes to start my billing process while I was the 2nd person in the line. Highly unprofessional and rude attitude, not at all in line with competition in retail world.

This is for the 3rd time I have experienced this RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STREET VENDOR ATTITUDE at your billing counters.

Dear Team Mega Mart,

This is to inform you that I am one of the frequent visited customer of Vishal Mega Mart Dubagga, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Today on[protected] I had reached to your store and brought three product namely Refined oil 15 ltr, Mustared Oil (5 ltr) and cold Drink. After paying amount to payment desk and I ask employee to kindly help me in packing my grocery but waiting 8-10 min no one entertained me. Some the staff seating in front of me only listening and not giving response. When I fade up with this I went to check out. At the same time I folded my bill to two pieces saying I will not come back this store any more. Then one of your Employee said to me that he will not give my product and start misbehaving me. Three two four employee gathered around me and start shouting me .
This is first time I see such misconduct shown by any employee.
I will never Go such store in future.

में आज दिनांक 13 मार्च 2021 को नलबारी (असम) (पिन- 781335) स्थित विशाल मेगा मार्ट के एक ब्रांच में अपने परिवार (में, मेरी वाइफ और मेरी 1 साल के बच्ची ) के साथ गया था, में हर माह का रासन एक साथ हे विशाल से ले लेता हु,

में पूरा माह का रासन इकठा कर रहा था और उस दोरान मेरी वाइफ बच्चे साथ थी मेरे 1 साल के बच्चे ने एक फेस वाश का डब्बा उठा लिया तो वहा 2 स्टाफ थे जो मेरे वाहा ना होने का फायदा उठाते हुए मेरे 1 साल के बच्चे और मेरी वाइफ बहुत बुरा भला बोला गाली दिया जब मुझे इस बात का पता चला तो मेने मेनेजर को जा कर साडी घटना के बारे में बताया लेकिन मेनेजर ने वेसा हे बर्ताब किया.

उनका कहना है की आपको जो करना है कर लो

तो में ये जानना चाहता हूँ की क्या उनको हक है एक छोटे बच्चे को डटने बोलने का और क्या आप लोग इसके लिए कुछ एक्शन लेंगे

या फिर मुझे इसके लिए कांसुमेर कोर्ट जाना होगा और वीमेन राईट से बात करनी होगी
में चाहता हु की वो एम्प्लोय मेरी वाइफ से माफ़ी मांगे

और में पहले की तरह विशाल मेगामार्ट से सोपिंग करता रहू

I want to inform you that I visited vishal mega mart kalyanpur kanpur on 11 of March 2021 and I felt great inconvenience,
My son selected a tshirt on an offer of buy one get one free and he picked one tshirt and he asked a worker of your department
that where he can get the other free peice and the same worker guided him to pick the free piece and when we went to the billing counter the worker said the tshirt are of different floors and it is not valid to take them at the particular offer then I asked them who is responsible for such a problem and they said that I should again go to the same floor and pick the tshirt with same offer and spend my time in choosing and then again stand for an hour at the billing counter and when I asked for a complain book they said that they can't do so and when I asked them to make me meet with a senior they took me to the branch manager Rahul Mishra and I asked him to watch the CCTV footage of the particular floor and he said that they are not having CCTV on the floor and he said that they are not responsible for such issues and sometimes human error occurs. So if human error occurs why would I waste my time for a mistake that I haven't done, nothing is more precious than time and due to the workers of your department I faced a lot of inconvenience.
Please look at this matter seriously and if I am satisfied with your action there will be no more further issue but if I do not get a positive response I will be bounded to complain at a superior level. And I would like to mention that the officer also told us to visit a site www.myvishal.com which was only an image with a customer care number and that was also not available at that time and I got an email id on the site on which I have written the mail.

I am appaled to inform you that your Dewas Megamart doesn't have a certified Contact telephone / mobile number listed in your website. The landline given is malfunctioning and how can you think of cordial business relationship with the customers. Please pull your IT Department for this serious lapse and update your branch contact details.

I was told by agent that it's length is only till ankle. When. I tried the product it was too much above the ankle. When I go to your nearest shop for exchange and refund. They totally deny for it. I want my refund other wise I will complaint and go through media also.

It is to have your kind attention that it has been observed that the material you are supplying from the 2 last month is not up to the mark .I have been buying material from some years. 20 day ago i bought a men casual jogger now it is totally damage . You guys are asking to the CUSTOMER for your cheap carry bag with 18 but there is no focus on quality??? As we are facing the lack of quality problem we need this to be resolved by you at the earliest. And another thing may i know why you guys are lock your trial rooms??? You want your CUSTOMERs change their dress in front of public Right??? Stop this your ###-Covid logic and open it Asap.

Vishal mall means Cheap Poor Low Worst Quality Stuffs.

Dear Team i am writing to raise a complaint against Vishal Mega mart kaikondrahalli sarjapura bangalore. This incident took place today evening. I along with my family went to purchase few items and at the billing counter one of the employee Rajesh miss behaved and was about to hit me. He was speaking in Kanada and when i asked i i can replace any item. When i told him i cannot understand kanada and asked him if i can speak to the manager he told he himself is the manager and told its Karnataka so we are bound to speak in Kanada. Suddenly the manager came running asking what happened and i tried explaining he told please bill your items and leave. The billing person started abusing me in Kanada n he even was about to hit me bcz i dont know kanada. I really donot know what he explained few other people even those people started shouting at me at local language. The manager of the store is really incapable of managing the staffs. I being a lady was insulted by the staff members which is really very annoying. This was the only worst experience I faced in any store in Bangalore not at all customer friendly.Worst experience

I have purchased a tandem make geyser 15ltr capacity from Vishal mega Mart mahabubnagar, telangana.. it is not working now please share the customer care number or service executive contact details.

I purchase some orders.Cashier asked my number that i am old customer of your org.
But cashier given me the bill with anothere number why? When i asked he said technical problam why it is happening in Hoshiarpur not another side. How i know what are the offers that vishal mega mart giving me.This is happened 3rd time with me in oshiarpur when cashier asked ny number and anothere numbers bill given my hand. Totally fraud no offer benifit...

Brought the cooker yesterday. All the vegetables get burnet cause of the whistle problem. Tried again today by changing the rubber but got burnt again.
